What the inquiry form collects
When you send the form, it collects what you type: whether you are selling or buying, the street address and unit, the type of home, your timing, your name, phone and email, and whether you ticked the consent box, together with the exact consent wording you agreed to. It also records the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) tags in the address, so Susana knows which guide you were reading.
Where it goes
- The form is sent to this site's server, which stores it as a private file in Vercel Blob storage and emails it to Susana Murphy through Resend, an email delivery service.
- If that fails, your browser sends the same details through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, so the message still reaches Susana.
- To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to count repeated submissions. The address itself is not stored.
Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Contact by phone, text and email
You are contacted only if you tick the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask Susana to remove your details.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts; those services receive standard request information such as your IP address.
